Tune into the radio Saturday night, and i hear this sort of suppose to be a live telecast of the LifeEarth Concert. well, fine by me. if they wanna make free concerts, please do.

but the concept, i cant comprehend. how do poop (purposely spelled, not a typo) stars can contribute in curbing global warming?

i dont know. the only thing i see is artistes like Shakira actually contribute more to global warming by gyrating those hips.they dont lie.no they dont, and they certainly make the glaciers/icebergs melt faster. *wink wink!

ok back to the topic. Well some dude from the Artic Monkeys agree that, stage lighting itself is equivalent to electricity in ten houses. so where is the logic in that?

you go to concert, you drive. more carbon monoxides.
you lapar, you buy hotdogs, and sodas.more trash.
you directly leave yr mark smwhere, and leave a huge mess behind when thousands, like you , gather at a sync for a so-called save the world move….then what?

these poop stars…err, they move around in jets right…? d irony of curbing exhaust fumes….hmph.a private jet emits more carbon monoxide, per passenger compared to a commercial jetliner e.g. 747 or Airbus. oh, the irony.

its a hype. free publicity, and i really cant stand so called stars are doing politically correct stuff, juz fr cheap publicity! come on! yeah yeah, Angelina Jolie adopts kids like no one’s biz, then what?

participatin in "save the earth" campaigns, like Life Earth, and owning a guzzler of a machine, like Hummers back home…having 6 cars which they hardly drive, jetting off arnd d world in jets; then promoting green living. Hipocracy la dei.and lagi dont understand people who buys into this hype.

here are stuff to contribute …small way, but significant.well, yeah.recycle, but not d old style reuse and stuff. improvised methods.thats what im talking abt.

1.bring yr own plastic bags to supermarkets.that way, offer to use yours when paying.even more so, if you buy a mag, do you really need the plastic bag? or even when you buy stuff that are readily carry-able without a plastic bag.refuse packing.

2.atm machines.must you press YES whenever they ask for yr receipt? if wanna check yr balance after withdrawing, continue transaction, and check balance there! all i see is, print, look up for half a sec, and throw away. come on. only request fr d receipt when really required la.

3.take , or at least learn public transport systems.avoids the need for cars during peak hours.

4.save the trees.eat a beaver.(oh.skip that!)

5.plug cow butts.(would work, but this just wont do….)

6.service yr car more often.helps avoid over revving : more emissions.

7.go alfresco.air cond makan? err..reduce em.

pretty much.small stuff.but imagine the impact if more people does it. (not eating the beavers and plugging cow butts, of course)

finally saw the transformers movie, and yes, its worth it!

by d way, finally got me hands on the frigginly rare transformers movie collectible toy, which i have been failing to get my beady hands on, which for the past 2 weeks, so far failed to get em in 3 Toys ‘R’ Us.

finally, Bumble Bee is in my hands. its the Tomy-Takara made, the older 74 Camaro version, the first car version bumblebee appeared in the movie. ONLY 2310units worldwide.so there.(the concept car…? well, even if they had it, i wld go for d old skool one.it actually in existence, and its more original…IMHO)

oh well, excuse the show boating.ehehehe…sellingon EBAY internationally at say 100US$ ++, and in ebay Malaysia, latest price is 95 for d old model, and 160 (last time i check) for the new version.

hurry up people….! 2310 units X 2 only available. divide it by six billion…ermmm…ermm….

anyways, this is how Bumble bee turned out to be.mighty cool if you ask me.=]
